Giving a whole new meaning to the term "dinner dance," Tasca (1612 Comm Ave, Brighton) presents a live flamenco show on June 27. Dinner reservations can be made for 6:45 or 8:45 p.m. for the special evening, which features a 40-minute performance at each seating. Just because you haven’t been able to score Red Sox tickets doesn’t mean you have to pay scalpers’ prices to catch a game. On June 27, Morton’s (1 Exeter Plaza, Boston) will be giving away two tickets to an upcoming Sox/Yankees game. For $50, you’ll get one of 50 spots at the steak house’s monthly wine-tasting dinner, which features filet mignon sandwiches, wine, and more. At the end of the evening, one guest will win the tickets and dinner at Morton’s on game day. All proceeds benefit the Red Sox Foundation. You might not be able to pronounce the names of all the sakes you’ll be drinking at the second sake dinner at Kawa (1280 Beacon Street, Brookline), but it’s still worth a visit. On June 30, from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m., the French-inspired Japanese restaurant, located above Fugakyu, hosts the dinner, which will feature smoked-duck salad with Sennenju-Junmai Ginjo sake and grilled lobster tail with Minowamon-Gensho sake, among other dishes.
