PHOENIX LISTINGS
Please use one of the following three ways to place a listing in the Boston Phoenix.

For a listing to be included:
It must include what the event is, who is performing/reading/speaking/etc., the date and time of the event (or for an art show, the dates the show will run and the date and time of the reception).
It must include the full address of the venue, including a phone number that can be published.
It must include the ticket prices or whether the event is free.
It must be in by 5 p.m. on Wednesday for the following week's issue.
NOTE: We do not run listings for auditions or volunteer opportunities and theater listings are seperate
THEATER LISTINGS
Theater listings are listed separately at "Play by Play." Send them by 2 p.m. on Thursday to Carolyn Clay. Auditions, classes, religious services, reunions, and events requiring advance registration are not listed here: call Phoenix Classifieds at 617-859-3300 to take out an ad. Unsolicited photographs are considered for publication but are not returned to senders.
NOTE: ABSOLUTE LISTINGS DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY AT 5 P.M. FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK'S ISSUE. To be considered for "Hot Tix," the deadline is a week earlier; to be considered for "Next Weekend," two weeks earlier.
