As media outlets across the country compile their annual year-end lists, front-runner for year’s biggest screw-up is surely former FEMA director Michael Brown. And what better way to capitalize on that publicity than to start a new business — a disaster-preparedness consulting business! Brown, who stalled for days in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina while the people of New Orleans begged him for supplies, hopes he can help other businesses learn from his mistakes. The company will be called Michael D. Brown, LLC. Shameless AssWipe LLC was apparently taken.
