The best of an overly inclusive menu are the ambitious Cantonese classics: steamed fish; lobster Chinese style; Imperial egg roll; roast duck; clams in black-bean sauce. Lavishly redecorated with live fish and lobster tanks, without losing the rococo, kitschy sense of the thing.
