Pho Pasteur

The crown jewel of the five-restaurant Vietnamese chain brings inexpensive noodle soups and rice plates to an upscale mall. Oh, you can pay more for drinks, wine, daily fusion entrees, and Western-style desserts, but you won't miss anything with the elaborate mixed appetizer, a bowl of beef noodle soup, a rice plate with one of the grilled meats with lemongrass, and a taro-tapioca custard for two served in a coconut. Lots for vegetarians, too.
