Sandrine’s Bistro

Pretty serious and beautifully composed food, especially for something called a bistro, but the dedication to the food of Alsace ensures that soups and entrees will have hearty, bistro-like flavors. And then there's the signature pizza-like flammekueche, loaded with onions and smoked bacon. Fabulously composed desserts.
