Abe & Louie’s

At last, a truly Bostonian steakhouse, with the New York trimmings but not too much of the New York baloney. Definitely an older crowd than other restaurants under the same ownership (Charley's Eating and Drinking Saloon; Papa Razzi), and not for blue jeans, but awfully good eating if you love beef, and surround it with crab cakes, smothered onions, creamed spinach, and cheesecake or creme brūlee for dessert.
