Baja Mexican Cantina

Serves California Mexican food rather than "authentic" Mexican, but does so with spirit and skill. Most authentic Mexican restaurants, after all, don't have Baja's wonderful "ultimate chocolate cake," or its grilled salmon quesadilla, or a heavenly roasted garlic memela (close your eyes -- it's pizza).
