Bob the Chef’s

The same mild-mannered soul food in a newly (and handsomely) bistro-ized space makes this a mellow place for an evening out, often with live jazz. Especially recommended: the "glorifried chicken," catfish fingers, crab cakes, and sweet-potato pie.
