Chau Chow City

A vast, somewhat glitzy room at the top of the solid pyramid of Chau Chow seafood restaurants. The new palace is a little more expensive, has a little better service, and opened up with a somewhat conservative dinner menu, though still featuring authentic Swatowese seafood dishes such as clams in black-bean sauce, lobster or crab with ginger and scallion, and spicy fried calamari. Daily dim sum is for the more adventurous.
