A well-dressed crowd enjoys beautifully grilled food, clever but not overbearing, in this long and cozy bistro. A duck confit sits atop a sauce of red wine and white raisins; tater tots are infused with truffle oil; the steamed Chilean sea bass comes wrapped in a huge banana leaf. The chef earned his stripes at Cambridge's East Coast Grill, but the feel is pure South End. Also, try the connected Sister Sorel, next door.
