Too many cuisines at a useful range of prices. We think the Vietnamese food is the core of the menu, but some Hong Kong seafood dishes are well made, and the sushi is entirely acceptable. How you fuse is up to you, but you could start with spicy shrimp soup, ruby scallops, a classic Cantonese steamed sea bass, or a cheap vermicelli plate. Dodge the obvious Chinese tourist food, though.
