4 yellow potatoes
4 red potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
2 winter squash
6 carrots
10 leeks
Mrs. Dash seasoning

Peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes and the rest of the vegetables into
two-by-1/2-inch rectangles. Put all of it into a large bowl. Pour the olive oil
over it and add seasonings. Toss veggies until all are coated. Spread evenly
throughout a baking dish and cover with foil. Refrigerate.
(To cook these the day of the party, bake them in a 400-degree oven for 35 to
45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.)
