Through July 22, "From Real to Ideal," an exhibition examining "the transformations inherent in the process of making art.

Through July 29, "Surrounded by Family and Friends," life-size panels in fabric and thread that look at the final days of six people and their families caring for them.

Through July 29, "When At Last," a room-size installation inspired by Northampton State Hospital.

Through Nov. 4, "Dinotopia," toys, games, and activities to accompany the paintings James Gurney created to illustrate his book of the same name.

Opening in Aug., "The Journey of Lewis and Clark"; "Vermont Artist as Traveler"; "A Reason for Mapping: The Sanborn Story"; "Mapping Memory"; "Signs Along the Way: Painting and Sculpture by John Tracey."
