The 14,651-acre forest offers bicycling, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, riding trails, picnicking, nature-study programs, and 475 campsites, all with showers and flush toilets. For more info on reservations, call (877) 422-6762. Check-in at 1 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Fee $15 for non-residents and $12 for residents. Four larger sites available to youth groups, by reservation, for $25.
