The 242-acre refuge offers a wide spectrum of wetland and coastal bird life that visitors can observe at the observation platforms or along three miles of hiking trails. There is also a visitors' center, open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The refuge is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Free.
